We take the time to get to know you, let you get to know us, and work together to define your goals and suitable opportunities. And, if we cannot help you, we will do our best to help you identify someone who can. Depending on the type of position you’re seeking and the level of your experience, once you submit your resume to KG Corporate, you can expect: • Telephone Discussion: We will discuss your resume and the types of opportunities you are interested in pursuing. • Skills Testing (applies to support staff only): We may also ask candidates to complete a cultural assessment depending on the client’s requirements. If an immediate opportunity is not available, we will keep your information on file and contact you when we get an appropriate position. It is a good idea to check in with us periodically if you’re actively seeking new opportunities. Once we identify an appropriate position, which may happen immediately, you can expect: • In-Depth Personal Interview : We will further discuss your professional history, types of opportunities you are seeking, types of environments you have worked in, and the type of environment/culture that best-suits your personal style and career goals. This helps us determine if the opportunity is truly a good fit for you. • Opportunity Presentation : When we present the opportunity to you, we identify the firm if it is not a confidential search, and share information about the firm, such as the benefits and salary range. We will then let you choose if you’d like to pursue the opportunity. If you’re interested, we will then present your candidacy to the client. Interviews : If the client is also interested, we will coordinate all interviews between you and them. Feedback : After each interview, it is important to let your KG Corporatel consultant know your impressions of the firm, interview, and the position. Formal Offer : If one is made to you and you accept, a background check will be performed. At a minimum, this will include, a felony trace, misdemeanor trace, and social security trace.
