When you need to confirm specific hard skills for a candidate, computer testing is often the best way to go. KG Legal is licensed to offer the following computer-based tests:

Accounting : 17 tests are available covering accounting software and technical accounting and tax skills tailored for the workplace.

Financial Package : From basic finance to advanced analyst and technical skills, over 30 skills tests are available. Examples include: auditing, commercial banking, credit analysis, financial analysis, purchasing fundamentals, and many more.

Microsoft Office : All of the Microsoft Office suite programs are included and are available for 97; 2000; XP; and the U.K. versions are available in English, French, Spanish, and Italian.

Healthcare Package : Over 40 tests are available including medical terminology in various specialty areas, HIPPA administration, medical billing knowledge, general pharmaceutical knowledge, and more.

Legal Package : Over 20 tests available to assess candidates’ administrative skills, legal knowledge and writing skills. These tests are applicable for a variety of positions including: legal secretaries; paralegals; legal assistants; and other administrative support staff.

Software/Technology Package : Over 150 tests offered to assess knowledge and skill level on a multitude of technical skills and software packages.
